Franchise Development Manager – Infinity Brands Group
Infinity Brands Group is currently looking for an experienced and motivated Franchise Development Manager to join our growing team based out of our Downtown Toronto office.
This position will represent multiple expanding brands across Canada, including retail, foodservice, hospitality, and service-based franchise concepts. The ideal candidate must be energetic, organized, sales-driven, and passionate about franchise growth and business development.
Position Overview
The Franchise Development Manager will play a key role in the growth and expansion of our brands nationwide by handling franchise sales, lead generation, discovery processes, expos, seminars, and franchise onboarding support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead generation and franchise prospect outreach
- Handling inbound and outbound franchise inquiries
- Managing franchise development pipeline and CRM
- Conducting discovery calls and qualification meetings
- Presenting franchise opportunities to potential candidates
- Coordinating and attending franchise expos, networking events, and seminars
- Going over franchise processes, documentation, and next steps with candidates
- Assisting with franchise applications and onboarding procedures
- Working closely with operations and leadership teams on expansion strategies
- Supporting day-to-day franchise development activities
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of franchise development or related sales/business development experience
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Experience in franchising, retail, QSR, hospitality, or multi-unit operations is an asset
- Ability to manage multiple leads and projects simultaneously
- Professional appearance and strong interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated, organized, and results-driven
- Ability to travel approximately 20% across Canada

In-House Accountant – Infinity Brands Group
Infinity Brands Group is currently looking for an experienced In-House Accountant to join our growing team based out of our Downtown Toronto office.
This position will oversee accounting and financial coordination for multiple brands under the Infinity Brands Group umbrella, including retail, franchise, hospitality, restaurant, and service-based operations across Canada.
We are looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented, and trustworthy individual who can work in a fast-paced environment and assist with the day-to-day financial operations of a rapidly expanding organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily accounting operations for multiple brands and locations
- Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable
- Bank reconciliations and financial reporting
- Assist with payroll coordination and expense tracking
- Monitor cash flow and vendor payments
- Prepare monthly financial summaries and internal reports
- Coordinate with external accountants and bookkeepers
- Maintain accurate financial records and documentation
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and operational financial planning
- Assist with franchise-related financial documentation and reporting
- Ensure compliance with accounting procedures and company policies
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of accounting or bookkeeping experience
- Experience with multi-unit, franchise, retail, or restaurant operations is an asset
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting
- Experience with QuickBooks, Excel, and accounting software platforms
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
- High level of professionalism, confidentiality, and attention to detail
