Who Should Apply
The programme suits people who want to own and actively run a neighbourhood convenience store, rather than hold it as a passive investment. Applicants are typically one of the following:
- First-time store owners who are ready to work in the business daily and want an established brand, supplier relationships and setup support.
- Experienced retailers already operating a convenience store, gas station or grocery who are considering converting or adding a location.
- Multi-site operators with the staff and management capacity to open more than one store over time.
You must be legally entitled to live and operate a business in Canada, be of legal age in your province, and be prepared to meet licensing requirements for any regulated products the store sells.
Minimum Financial Qualifications
We do not publish a fixed figure here, because the total depends heavily on the province, the size of the site, whether it is a new build or an existing store, and whether the premises are leased or owned. Before applying, you should be able to demonstrate all of the following:
- Unencumbered funds you can commit to the business, with proof of where they came from.
- Access to financing or a lender discussion already under way if you plan to borrow part of it.
- Working capital to cover opening inventory, staff wages, rent and utilities in the early months.
- A clear personal financial position, with existing obligations disclosed honestly.
On the introductory call we give you the realistic investment range for the specific province and site type you are interested in, so you can decide early whether to continue.
Documents Required
You do not need these to start a conversation, but they are requested during the review stage. Having them ready shortens the process considerably.
What Happens After You Submit
-
1
We acknowledge your enquiry Your submission is logged and you receive confirmation that it has been received, so you know it did not get lost.
-
2
Initial review Our franchising team reviews your background, your preferred province and whether a suitable site or existing store is available in that area.
-
3
Introductory call If the fit looks workable, we arrange a call to talk through the model, your budget, and what running a store day to day actually involves.
-
4
Financial and document review We ask for supporting documents to confirm that the investment is realistic for you before either side spends more time on it.
-
5
Site discussion and formal agreement Where everything lines up, we move to a specific location, a written agreement and a training and opening schedule.
Expected Response Time
Enquiries are reviewed in the order received during regular business days. Most applicants hear back within a few business days, and a first call is normally arranged within about two weeks where there is a potential fit. Applications for provinces where we are not currently expanding may wait longer, and we will tell you plainly if that is the case rather than leave you waiting. If you have heard nothing after two weeks, call us on +1 (289) 981-7288 and we will check the status of your file.
Privacy And Consent
By submitting an application you consent to Infinity Mart collecting and using the information you provide for the purpose of assessing your enquiry. We use it to contact you, verify what you have told us, and evaluate suitability for a franchise. It is shared only with the internal team handling franchising and any professional advisers directly involved in that assessment. We do not sell your information or use it for unrelated marketing. Information is kept only as long as needed for the assessment and any resulting agreement, and you can ask us at any time to see what we hold, correct it, or delete it, provided we are not required to retain it by law.
No Obligation, No Guarantee
Submitting this application does not commit you to anything and does not commit Infinity Mart to offering you a franchise. It is an expression of interest that starts a conversation. Nothing on this page is an offer, a franchise disclosure document, or a projection of sales, profit or income. Any figures discussed with you are illustrative, results differ from store to store, and no outcome is guaranteed. A franchise relationship only exists once both parties sign a formal written agreement. We recommend you take independent legal and financial advice before signing anything.
