Serving customers at the till, keeping shelves and coolers stocked and faced, checking dates on chilled items, and keeping the store clean and safe through the shift.
What we look for: Reliable timekeeping, comfort handling cash and card payments, and a friendly manner with regulars.
Running the floor during a shift: opening or closing, cash reconciliation, handling refunds and customer issues, and guiding associates when the store is busy.
What we look for: Previous retail or hospitality experience and the judgement to make decisions without a manager on site.
Overall responsibility for one location: ordering and stock levels, staff scheduling, shrink control, supplier deliveries, compliance, and local promotional displays.
What we look for: Retail management experience, comfort with numbers and rosters, and the ability to develop a small team.
Preparing and serving hot food and drinks in stores that offer them, following food-safety routines, temperature checks and cleaning schedules.
What we look for: Food handling knowledge or willingness to complete the required certification.
